Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from when the tracking number reports the item has been delivered. We take great pride in trying to make sure every customer is happy, so please reach out as soon as possible if you are not happy with your purchase.
Refunds
No items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and if notified within 48 hours of receipt, with an equal item or credit towards something else. If the item was damaged was due to environmental conditions or mishandling, exchanges are unlikely to be considered. Please consider the weather in your locale when ordering.
