Myrtillocactus geometrizans

Description

Myrtillocactus geometrizans, the Blue Myrtle or Whortleberry cactus, is a Mexican native loved for its powdery blue-green, candelabra branching and clean architectural ribs. At this size it makes a bold, sculptural specimen for landscapes, large pots, and serious collections. A vigorous, easy columnar grower offered rooted and grower-direct from our nursery. A showpiece cactus that anchors any arid garden. Care: full sun to bright light, a fast-draining cactus mix, and sparing water, allowing the soil to dry completely between waterings.
